Denver International Airport is our airport. There are cheap, direct flights from most cities.

To get from DIA to Boulder, there is a public bus that runs frequently (it is clean and safe) and takes around 1 hour. You must download the RTD app to buy a ticket. The bus route is the AB1 or AB2. It drops you in downtown Boulder.

Ubers are are expensive.
